Ubicado en la población de Chía, en las afueras de Bogotá, está en funcionamiento desde 1984. El recinto enmarcado en un ambiente campestre, se caracteriza por su autenticidad. Está decorado con objetos típicos colombianos que le dan una atmósfera incomparable. Hay infinidad de objetos que van desde fotos viejas, recortes de periódico, vírgenes, colchones, campanas, velas, etc, que se mezclan para crear un universo propio, el de Andres. Los meseros son estudiantes que le impregnan al ambiente más informalidad y descomplicación. El restaurante sufre una metamorfósis los viernes y sábados en la noche. Las mesas de madera se convierten en pistas de baile y se transforma en un divertido lugar de rumba. La especialidad de la casa son los platos a la parrilla: T-bone steak, punta de anca, lomo tártaro y posta argentina, acompañados con arepas y tomates rellenos.
