La Grande – Restaurant

La Grande’s concept is fascinating: a “cevicheria with a cantina vibe” celebrating the coastal flavors of Peru, Mexico, and Colombia. My creative challenge was to capture this triple identity in every dish. I focused on telling the story of each coast—the bright freshness of Peruvian ceviche, the bold spirit of Mexican tacos, and the rich tradition of the Colombian sea. It was all about uniting these worlds into an impeccable presentation that invites you to share and enjoy.
