La Güera

The challenge for La Güera was clear: to capture a cuisine that honors Mexican tradition while presenting it in a modern and vibrant context. This photography project focused on highlighting the authenticity of the ingredients and rustic presentations, like the molcajete, through lighting and composition that convey the sophistication of their concept. Each image was designed to tell the story of a dish: traditional roots, contemporary execution.
