The challenge with Segundo Restaurant was to capture the essence of their market-to-table cuisine in each image. For this dish, the work focused on composition and lighting to highlight the rich textures and vibrant color of the fresh ingredients. My goal was to create a photograph that not only documents the dish, but also conveys the story, origin, and meticulous care the chef puts into each creation.
